30 oz. corn
15 oz. black beans
15 oz. RoTel Fiesta
juice of 2 limes
4 cloves minced garlic
1 diced green bell pepper
5 green onions, minced
cilantro and a little olive oil, optional
Experiment with balsamic vinegar, chili oil?
